Zila has adopted the Quality Management Systems (‘QMS’) and is ISO 9001:2015 certified by Botswana Bureau of Standards (BOBS) for its Francistown Branch. Our aim is to ensure that our QMS works to improve our business and is not just a set of procedures that our employees will find hard to follow. ISO 9001 certification helps us focus on the implementation of more efficient working practices and focus on the Company’s commitment in providing superior quality products and services within an environment that meets relevant regulatory, legal and customer requirements at all times as stated in our Business Management Systems Policy.

Under the trading name Capri Chem, Zila manufactures an innovative line of Household, Industrial and Automotive Cleaning Chemical that include: • Liquid Detergents • Powdered Detergents • Automotive cleaners • Industrial cleaners • Degreasers • Hand cleaners • Odor control • Concrete cleaners Capri Chem also manufactures line of cosmetics and skin care products that are made only of natural / organic ingredients. These include: • Bar Soaps • Skin Butters • Hair Moisturizers • Hand wash • Foam Bath etc

Redumetse Cleaning Services

Zila Investments (Pty) Limited also operates a cleaning services business under the name Redumetse. From initial scoping through to the actual cleaning and post project follow up, Redumetse’s customer service is second to none. Our fully-trained and uniformed cleaning crews maintain a top-notch professional image that will complement your business and our management team is active in every project to ensure that clients are satisfied. Our people are our greatest asset. The cleaning industry, in general, is notorious for high turnover of staff, but at Redumetse Cleaning Services we have staff members who have been with us since day one. We treat our people right, which translates into higher job satisfaction and consistent quality service for the client.

Zila investments (Pty) Limited also operates a professional apparels business under the name Zila Professional Apparels founded in 28 September 2021. ‘Zila Apparels’ we are one of the reputed growing companies engaged in the business of delivering ready-made garments in and outside Francistown. It is our earnest desire to become one of the successful sourcing and producing manufacturer in Botswana where we shall produce and supply all your required designs. We believe in long term relationships based on mutual trust and commitment and those are our basic principle to do business with anyone.
